The place seems to be a giant’s playground with huge boulders strewn all over place with pathways and bridges connecting them.


Namthing Pokhri

A natural lake which serves as the breeding ground for the endangered Himalayan Salamander.


Sittong Orange Gardens

When the oranges bloom in the winters, the whole village is covered in a hue of orange.


Latpanchar Forest

Nestled within the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary, this forest village is home to the rare Rufous Necked Hornbill. We can assist you with Guides and Spotters to take the candid photos of this beautiful bird.


Ahaldara View Point

A panoramic view of Mt. Kanchenjungha and the lush valleys are enjoyed from this viewpoint.


Rabindra Bhawan, Mungpoo

Rabindranath Tagore first visted Mungpoo on April 25, 1938 and stayed in the house of Maitreyi Devi. Presently, the house has been renovated in to museum containing articles used by Tagore.


Jogighat

The Rainee Khola flows through Jogighat. You can spend some time basking on the riverside or enjoy the view of the meandering river from the Jogighat Bridge.


Bagora Forest Village

One of the highest points in this region with fabulous views of Mt. Kanchenjungha. There is an Indian Airforce Base at Bagora too.


Chimney Village

This Himalayan village nestled within the Pine Forests boasts a 23-foot high chimney, which was probably built during the First World War by the British.
